Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead paid advertising and organic growth initiatives for our luxury hair‑care brand. The ideal candidate will combine data‑focused campaign management with hands‑on SEO expertise to boost traffic, conversions, and revenue across multiple e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets and improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Develop audience targeting, keyword, bidding, remarketing and customer‑acquisition strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Analyse performance data, identify scaling opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Execute Amazon and Flipkart advertising strategies to increase product visibility and sales efficiency.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis and market research for both paid and organic channels.
• Design and implement SEO strategies, including on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation.
• Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with creative, content, e‑commerce and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or SEO.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, analyse data and optimise for ROI.
