Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead paid‑media campaigns and organic search initiatives that generate high‑quality leads for Smartbox Lockers. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and continuous optimisation across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube Ads.
• Manage budgets, monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS and overall ROI, and conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis.
• Design and run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages and CTAs; produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Implement remarketing and account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies and collaborate with design and content teams to create high‑converting assets.
• Develop and execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO strategies, including site structure, metadata, internal linking, schema markup and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, content gap analysis and ethical backlink acquisition.
• Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and related tools.
• Set up and maintain tracking and conversion tags via Google Tag Manager.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
