Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Paytm Money is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing leader to drive scalable user growth across its investment products within the Paytm ecosystem. The role will own end‑to‑end paid acquisition, funnel optimization and ROI‑focused scaling for mutual funds, equities and derivatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, programmatic and OEM channels, managing large acquisition budgets with focus on ROI, CAC and payback.
• Design and optimise full‑funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion, improving install‑to‑KYC and activation rates.
• Leverage data‑driven experimentation (A/B testing, attribution, cohort analysis) to identify drop‑offs and enhance user journeys.
• Identify and scale new acquisition channels such as fintech alliances, influencer‑led growth and emerging video commerce formats.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve landing pages, onboarding flows and build robust LTV, CAC and ROI models.
• Support retention initiatives by working with CRM teams to ensure smooth transition from acquisition to engagement.
• Present performance insights to senior leadership and mentor a high‑performing performance marketing team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, preferably in broking, wealth management or fintech platforms.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale digital acquisition budgets and scaling user acquisition for consumer internet services.
• Deep understanding of stock markets, mutual funds and derivatives ecosystems.
