Performance Marketing Executive – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to lead data‑driven campaigns for luxury real estate. The role focuses on customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth through paid media, SEO and marketing automation.

Key responsibilities

• Performance Media Strategy & Execution: develop and execute high‑impact campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and programmatic platforms, optimizing for ROI, CAC and LTV.
• Campaign Management & Optimization: plan, launch and continuously improve multi‑channel digital campaigns, using A/B testing, audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Analytics & Data‑Driven Decision Making: monitor KPIs with Google Analytics, Looker Studio and CRM dashboards, providing actionable insights.
• SEO & Content Marketing: oversee SEO strategy to boost organic visibility and collaborate with content teams on high‑converting ad creative, landing pages and blogs.
• CRM & Marketing Automation: use Salesforce to track leads, automate workflows and implement WhatsApp, email and SMS nurturing for high‑net‑worth prospects.
• Collaboration & Co‑ordination: work closely with creative, sales and external agencies while staying ahead of luxury real‑estate trends.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in luxury real estate, luxury brands or agencies.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Strong SEO, content marketing and conversion rate optimization skills.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
