Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to support its paid‑media efforts across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. This hands‑on position is ideal for an early‑career marketer who wants to develop practical expertise in campaign execution, reporting and optimisation within a global financial advisory firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up and launching paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Build ad sets, audiences, creatives and campaign structures as directed by the team lead.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations, including budget pacing, bid adjustments and scaling or pausing ad sets.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to obtain creatives and copy for launches.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering spend, leads, CPL, CTR and other key metrics.
• Track daily and weekly lead numbers, flag performance issues early and support analysis to improve campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, including internships or project work with paid ads.
• Basic understanding of paid‑advertising concepts such as targeting, bidding and budget management.
• Familiarity with at least one major ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is preferred.
