Performance Marketer - Fresher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Performance Marketing Fresher to join our team and support paid advertising initiatives for SaaS products. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct basic keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
• Create and test ad copy and landing page content.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
• Support campaign optimization and conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and new tools.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0‑1 year experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with PPC concepts, keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and English communication skills.
• Strong interest in paid advertising, SaaS products, and willingness to learn.
