Performance Coach – Certified Personal Trainer

About the role

Wildfit Wellness is seeking a motivated Performance Coach to deliver personalized fitness training across multiple locations in India. The role is ideal for certified personal trainers who are eager to grow in a science‑backed wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one training sessions tailored to client goals.
• Design and continuously update customized workout plans using the Fitway application.
• Lead monthly fitness assessments and share Body Composition Analysis reports.
• Maintain accurate client records, workout logs, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with in‑house nutritionists to align fitness and nutrition strategies.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and internal sync‑ups.
• Uphold Wildfit’s professional standards, culture, and brand values.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer (K11, IFSI, PREHAB121, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and program design.
• Excellent communication, discipline, and organizational skills.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to use fitness coaching applications efficiently.
• Team‑oriented mindset focused on client outcomes.
