People Operations Senior Coordinator

About the role

The People Operations Senior Coordinator will manage global employee services processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions from hire to retire. Working from the India GBS site, you will partner with global markets to meet defined SLAs and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and execute HR Ops processes, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the employee database, including hire‑to‑rehire activities in Employee Central.
• Deliver services within agreed SLAs/KPIs, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
• Work on rotational shifts as required.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in HR Shared Services and SLA management.
• Proven experience with HR processes such as New Hire, Rehire, Termination, and Org Management.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse geographies and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Employee Central (mandatory).
• SAP (mandatory).
• ServiceNow (advantage).
