People Operations Associate – Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Stripe is looking for a People Operations Associate who will act as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role you will ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews and maintain a high‑quality candidate journey.
• Manage interview logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, providing interview preparation details.
• Support on‑site interviews, welcoming candidates and handling real‑time issues.
• Plan and execute recruiting events such as job fairs, technical talks, and partnership events.
• Coordinate event logistics including travel, catering, swag, vendor management, and venue support.
• Assist with internship program events and community engagement initiatives.
• Document, build, and improve administrative processes for recruiting operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, operations, event coordination, or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate‑focused approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and external vendors.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and travel up to 30% during peak cycles.
