Penetration Tester – Red Team (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to assess complex computer systems and cybersecurity environments for our clients. You will identify security vulnerabilities across infrastructure, web and mobile applications, adopt an adversary mindset, and communicate findings to both technical teams and executive management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing on client infrastructure, web applications, and mobile apps.
• Document and present vulnerabilities and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Assist in developing offensive capabilities and internal security tools.
• Create automation scripts and tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Research emerging threats and develop custom exploits or scripts.
• Provide risk‑reduction guidance when vulnerabilities cannot be fully remediated.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in penetration testing or red‑team engagements.
• Proven experience testing web applications, infrastructure and mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams.
• Professional, ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning.
