PCB Technician – Assembly & Rework

About the role

The PCB Technician will manufacture, assemble and test printed circuit boards for advanced radar and electronic systems. Working on the production floor in Kolkata, you will translate design files into functional hardware while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform SMT and through‑hole soldering of PCB components.
• Carry out PCB assembly, visual and electrical inspection, rework, and component replacement.
• Mount RF connectors, shielding cans and related hardware.
• Follow ESD, quality, and documentation procedures.
• Support prototype builds, debugging and low‑volume production of analog, digital and RF PCBs.

Required profile

• Experience in PCB assembly and rework, with strong hands‑on SMT and THT soldering skills.
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with microscopes, soldering tools and basic electronic test instruments.
• Diploma/ITI or equivalent in Electronics or PCB manufacturing; RF PCB experience preferred.
