Payroll Analyst – End‑to‑End India Payroll Management

About the role

Altisource is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage the complete payroll lifecycle for its India operations. You will work closely with internal teams and government agencies to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end India payroll processing.
• Maintain knowledge of statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, LWF, etc.
• File monthly and annual statutory returns (Professional Tax, E‑TDS, Form 16, etc.).
• Handle online PF transfer and withdrawal requests.
• Respond to employee payroll queries promptly.
• Visit government departments to resolve PF and other statutory issues.
• Prepare monthly and annual schedules for balance‑sheet reporting.
• Support internal, external and SOX audits.

Required profile

• B.Com/MBA in Finance or CA Inter qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on payroll experience in India.
