About the role
The Patient Service Assistant supports the nursing and medical teams by providing basic daily‑care and mobility assistance to patients. This onsite role ensures patient comfort, hygiene, and safety within the hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with movement, positioning, and basic daily‑care needs.
- Support nurses and medical staff with routine patient‑care activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient‑care areas.
- Monitor patients for basic needs and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
- Handle and maintain patient‑care supplies and equipment.
- Follow hospital hygiene, safety, and infection‑control procedures.
- Perform other patient‑care duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a patient‑care or similar support role.
- Education: 10th grade or below.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Responsible, caring attitude and ability to follow instructions.
