Partnerships Manager – Digital Monetisation

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to build and scale new monetisation channels through strategic partnerships. The role will own the full partnership lifecycle – from identifying and negotiating with third‑party publishers, affiliate platforms and ad‑tech providers to integrating, launching and growing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard third‑party publishers and platforms with monetisable inventory, defining commercial models and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Develop and negotiate new monetisation partnerships across advertising, affiliate, market‑research and demand‑side platforms, structuring revenue shares, pricing and incentives.
• Lead contract negotiations, work with legal, finance and product teams to finalize agreements and ensure seamless technical integration.
• Monitor partner performance, create joint business plans and drive incremental revenue, yield and margin improvements throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, AdTech, affiliate or digital media monetisation.
• Proven track record of building revenue channels through external partnerships, from concept to scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate revenue‑share, pricing and incentive structures.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, legal, finance and operations teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
