Partner Program Manager

About the role

DevRev is building the future of work with Computer – an AI teammate that unifies data, tools, and workflows. The Partnership and Tech Alliances team is scaling a portfolio of strategic partnerships and seeks a Partner Program Manager to bring structure, rigor, and repeatability to partner programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design partner programs across a tiered portfolio, including joint GTM, co‑sell, marketplace motions, competency/certification, and enablement initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end program execution: build plans, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and drive outcomes.
• Build the operational backbone with partner tracking, dashboards, cadences, reporting, and processes to ensure rigor and visibility.
• Translate partnership strategy into structured, measurable programs with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics.
• Maintain a source‑of‑truth view of program status, priorities, and results for leadership.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or sales operations, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or AI.
• A builder’s mindset: creates and institutionalizes repeatable programs and processes.
• Strong execution discipline, driving cross‑functional programs to completion on time.
• Analytical and operational rigor, comfortable with tracking, dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
• Strong written and structured communication skills.
• Based in India and able to collaborate across US and APAC time zones.
