Partner Deployed Engineer – APAC

About the role

Cognition is looking for a Partner Deployed Engineer to work across the APAC region. In this position you will act as the technical bridge between Cognition’s AI platform (Devin and Windsurf) and global systems integrators, helping them deliver AI‑driven solutions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical success of GSI partners during onboarding, enablement, and large‑scale delivery of Devin/Windsurf.
• Collaborate with partner engineering and architecture teams to understand their delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases.
• Enable partners to create repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Lead hands‑on technical trainings, workshops, and deep‑dive sessions for partner teams.
• Support partner‑led pilots and early production deployments, stepping in for complex integrations.
• Serve as the escalation point for security reviews, CI/CD environments, and enterprise workflow challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with partner technical leaders and capture feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Identify capability gaps and work with internal teams to close them.

• Strong understanding of how Global Systems Integrators operate and deliver projects.
