Paid Marketing Internship for Talented Youth

About the role

New Balance is offering a one‑year paid marketing internship in Spain. The role provides hands‑on experience within the brand’s marketing department, allowing the intern to work directly with the team on a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with order management for events, agencies and promoters.
• Perform administrative tasks and monitor logistical incidents.
• Load, control and archive corporate documents.
• Track the marketing budget and collect point‑of‑sale and visual‑merchandising actions.
• Coordinate brand, retail and event actions.
• Manage the product image bank.
• Assist in organizing team travel.

Required profile

• Under 31 years old and eligible for the FEUGA scholarship.
• Holder of a medium or higher vocational training degree, graduated within the last three years.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Good level of English.
• Strong organizational, initiative and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in fashion and sport, with a creative and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
