About the role
We are seeking a motivated Paid Account Manager to join our E‑Commerce team in Indore. The role focuses on managing customer and business accounts, driving sales activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow assigned customer and business accounts.
- Handle sales‑related tasks, including order processing and upselling.
- Resolve account‑related queries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Track performance metrics and report on account health.
Required profile
- Graduation (any discipline) is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months documented experience in sales, insurance, tele‑sales, or seller support.
- Ability to work six days a week with a fixed Sunday off.
- Willingness to work from the office during a 9 am – 9 pm shift.
Required skills
What we offer
- CTC up to ₹25,000 per month.
- Performance‑based incentives up to ₹15,000.
- Structured work schedule with a clear weekly off.
