Packaging & Factory Logistics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Officer/Engineer to manage packaging and factory logistics operations at our Alwar facility. The role focuses on daily coordination of export and domestic dispatch, ensuring seamless interaction with purchase, planning, production, quality, and store teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee export packaging, picking, and shipment preparation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Prepare export documents such as Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Shipping Bill.
• Track shipments, manage fumigation, container stuffing, and handling processes.
• Coordinate material loading/unloading, manpower handling, and 5S warehousing practices.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to align logistics activities.

Required profile

• Graduation or Engineering Diploma in any stream.
• 3‑4 years of experience in logistics activities.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP logistics modules.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and freight forwarders.
