Packaging Designer

About the role

The Packaging Designer will create both primary and secondary packaging solutions for new fragrances, flankers and other new product developments. Working closely with the Fragrance team, you will ensure that every design aligns with brand standards and market expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop primary and secondary packaging concepts for new fragrance launches and related products.
• Collaborate with the Fragrance team to integrate design, branding, and functional requirements.
• Produce high‑quality visual renders and technical drawings using 3D software.
• Apply BOP design principles in line with LM guidelines.
• Select appropriate packaging materials, printing methods, and premium finishes.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience in packaging design.
• Background in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury‑product packaging is preferred.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and premium finishing techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to create high‑quality packaging renders using 3D rendering software.
