Package Consultant – Workday Talent Management

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant specialized in Workday Talent Management. In this role you will help clients implement and optimise the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring it aligns with their business objectives and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module, coordinating with client stakeholders.
• Conduct fit‑analysis workshops to capture client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure the Workday Talent Management solution to meet defined business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues across HR modules.
• Provide post‑implementation support and guidance to ensure sustained client success.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Experience with Workday Talent Management, including its features and functionality.
• Exposure to implementation planning and execution for HR systems.
• Proven ability to perform fit analyses, system configuration, and unit testing.
• Experience resolving functional and configuration issues in HR modules.
• Understanding of packaged solution delivery and consulting best practices.
