Package Consultant - SuccessFactors Talent Management

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Package Consultant specialized in SuccessFactors Talent Management. You will work with leading companies to design and deploy HR technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the hybrid cloud and AI landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into functional SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Talent Management modules to meet client specifications.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors tools.
• Stay current with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.

Required profile

• Master's degree (preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• Experience designing and deploying HR technology solutions.
• Knowledge of key Talent Management components such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Hands‑on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting these modules.
• Exposure to delivering client training and support on SuccessFactors tools.
