Package Consultant – SuccessFactors Core HR

About the role

As a Package Consultant for SuccessFactors Core HR at IBM Consulting, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements for clients. You will work closely with leading companies across industries, guiding them through implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet client business needs.
• Provide expert consulting to understand client processes and ensure successful adoption.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Employee Central functions such as business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Deliver training and support to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Analyze client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

Required profile

• Master's degree (required).
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR, especially Employee Central configuration.
• Experience with EC integrations and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong background in requirements analysis and solution design for HR technology.
