Package Consultant – SuccessFactors Core HR

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Package Consultant specialized in SuccessFactors Core HR to design and deploy HR technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet client business needs.
• Provide expert consulting to guide clients through implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Employee Central functions such as business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Deliver training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption.
• Analyze client requirements to design tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Master's degree (preferred).
• Experience analyzing client requirements and designing HR technology solutions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Employee Central.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Core HR proficiency.
• Employee Central configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Understanding of EC integrations and other SuccessFactors modules.
