Overseas Pre‑Sales Specialist – EdTech (Kolkata)

About the role

Connect2Learn is seeking an enthusiastic Overseas Pre‑Sales Specialist to introduce prospective students and parents in the USA, UK and other international markets to its personalized learning programs. You will engage with families, understand their educational needs, and schedule free demo classes with expert educators.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents across international markets.
• Clearly explain Connect2Learn’s programs, learning solutions and benefits.
• Identify family needs and recommend suitable learning options.
• Schedule free demo classes and coordinate with educators.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate course information.
• Follow up promptly to maximise demo bookings and attendance.
• Maintain lead data, call records and follow‑up status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with counselors and operations teams for a seamless demo experience.
• Achieve daily and weekly demo‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Freshers and interns are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong verbal communication and excellent spoken English.
• Professional, confident and target‑oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate immediately.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
