Outbound Executive - Night Shift - US Process

About the role

The Outbound Executive works night‑shift hours to support US‑based clients and candidates from our Rajarhat office. You will follow scripted calls, capture outcomes, and help the team meet performance and satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing US clients or candidates following defined scripts.
• Document call outcomes and update internal CRM or call‑management systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve customer‑satisfaction and process‑efficiency goals.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Maintain consistent quality and attendance during night‑shift schedules aligned with US time zones.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to maintain high satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for international outbound calls.
• Analytical mindset to understand needs and support process improvement.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, BPO, or US process environments (preferred).
• Comfortable working night shifts on‑site with reliable attendance.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or call‑management tools.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree is an advantage.
