OT Cybersecurity & Network Engineer

About the role

You will join the 24x7 Global Plantline Service Technical Support Team, securing and supporting Operational Technology (OT) networks and cybersecurity infrastructure for industrial automation systems deployed across cement plants worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain OT network infrastructure, including industrial Ethernet, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network communication issues that affect process control and automation systems.
• Monitor network availability, performance, and security events; respond to incidents.
• Administer endpoint protection, firewall rules, intrusion detection, and remote access security solutions.
• Coordinate network changes with plant and customer IT teams and maintain accurate documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Provide cybersecurity support to customers, including compliance monitoring and security audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience with OT network management and industrial automation environments.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support model and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for network and security incidents.
