Order Processing Analyst

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a passionate Order Processing Analyst to join its India team. You will work across Sales Operations, Legal, Finance and other internal groups to manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements while delivering timely service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process new and renewal orders, validating opportunity and contact information.
• Activate client access, trigger invoicing, and confirm order status.
• Track all communications in the CRM for transparency and auditability.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints through email, chat or phone.
• Support departmental projects and suggest process or system enhancements.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with experience handling tickets, chat or phone support.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who can provide clear updates to sales teams.
• Analytical thinker with problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Team player who builds strong cross‑functional relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred).
