Order Management & Vendor Coordination Specialist

About the role

NationsBenefits India is looking for a detail‑oriented Order Management & Vendor Coordination Specialist to join its Hyderabad team. The role supports a retail project, processes daily purchase orders, and acts as the primary liaison between vendors and Hearing Instrument Specialists while working US EST/ET shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate and process daily order files, creating manual purchase orders using vendor‑specific templates.
• Ensure all purchase orders are submitted within two hours of receiving the order file and monitor their status through fulfillment.
• Serve as the main point of contact between vendors and Hearing Instrument Specialists, communicating order status, availability and shipping timelines.
• Provide shipping confirmations, tracking information and follow‑up on delayed or lost shipments.
• Administer the Jabra OTC online portal, maintaining accurate order entry and reporting system issues.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines and work independently.
• At least 1 year of experience processing purchase orders and handling order fulfillment.
