Order & Inventory Management Executive

About the role

Polite Society is seeking an Order & Inventory Management Executive to oversee daily online orders, inventory movements, and store replenishments. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Andheri East, Mumbai, and requires strong organisational skills in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process online orders, including packing, shipment booking and alterations.
• Manage inbound and outbound inventory using the inventory software, handling final packing, tagging, barcoding and storage.
• Keep Shopify inventory data up to date.
• Coordinate store replenishments based on sales data and partner requirements.
• Respond to store inquiries regarding stock availability and order status.
• Handle order returns, perform quality checks and obtain final approval for returned items.
• Liaise with the marketing team to prepare and pack sourcing pieces for dispatch.
• Maintain store sales reports, ensure timely invoicing and collection.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in fashion, retail, inventory or order management.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills across departments.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
