Oracle Techno Functional Lead – Time & Labor & Payroll

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Techno Functional Lead to join a small, agile team responsible for designing and implementing new features in Oracle HCM Payroll, Time & Labor, and related modules. The role combines technical expertise with functional knowledge to deliver high‑quality, high‑performance solutions in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business‑critical applications focused on quality, performance, and resiliency.
• Develop and support product features in Oracle HCM Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
• Collaborate with business leaders, QA, analysts, and technical writers within a Scrum team.
• Gather and analyse functional requirements and contribute to architectural, process, and data design discussions.
• Create and approve functional/technical design specifications, documentation, and unit‑testing plans.
• Independently execute development and configuration tasks under guidance from architects.
• Participate in M&A integration efforts to onboard new business users into payroll systems.
• Act as technical product manager for payroll and Time & Labor components, providing thought leadership and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading implementation and support activities independently.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
