Oracle HCM Techno Functional Analyst

About the role

As an Oracle HCM Techno‑Functional Resource you will implement, configure and maintain Oracle HCM applications while bridging technical and functional gaps. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and support the HR, IT and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the implementation, customization, and configuration of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations using Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OIC.
• Design, implement, and audit Oracle HCM security profiles, data roles, and abstract roles, ensuring data privacy and least‑privilege access.
• Leverage Oracle HCM AI and generative AI capabilities to enhance employee experience and predictive analytics.
• Provide technical support, issue resolution, and performance tuning for Oracle HCM applications.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, and create documentation and training for end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a techno‑functional role with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E‑Business Suite HCM.
• Proven expertise in role‑based access control, security console management, and data‑level security for HR records.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, talent management, and related modules.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HDL.
• REST and SOAP API integration.
• Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle E‑Business Suite HCM modules.
• RBAC and Security Console configuration.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM AI features.
