Oracle Fusion HCM Manager – Advisory (Kolkata)

About the role

PwC is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Manager to join its Advisory practice in Kolkata. You will work with clients to analyse HR requirements, design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, and ensure seamless integration and adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM configurations.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including data migration, testing and go‑live support.
• Provide training, change‑management guidance and post‑implementation support to maximise client value.
• Collaborate with the Technology Consulting – Business Applications team to leverage digital disruption and best‑in‑class practices.
• Ensure compliance and process optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in a functional advisory or consulting role.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders and deliver complex implementations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with a client‑focused mindset.
