About the role
Supports the manager by supervising day‑to‑day coordination of the operations team, ensuring that processes and procedures are completed promptly, consistently, and in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee ramp, air, hub, and linehaul activities, including dispatch, handling, and gateway operations, to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards across all operational functions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as transport scheduling, contract management, and customer service to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong problem‑solving, planning and organizing capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
