Ops Specialist – French Customer Support (CXQO)

About the role

Join Amazon’s CXQO team as an Ops Specialist focused on French‑speaking customer support. You will work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment, handling customer inquiries and ensuring swift resolutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and respond to queries via email, chat (SIMs) and voice calls.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by listening calmly and responding empathetically.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide quick resolutions and escalate recurring issues for root‑cause analysis.
• Recommend and implement small‑scale process improvements.
• Proactively raise operational alarms that could impact service delivery.
• Adhere to Amazon’s confidentiality policies and compliance standards.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Flexibly switch between core queues and functions as business needs evolve.
• Drive quality, productivity, and process improvement while motivating team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably technical.
• 1–2 years of experience in an international voice‑based customer support process.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong customer‑obsession mindset and interpersonal skills.
