OPS Executive – Technical Trainer & Field Support

About the role

The OPS Executive (Technical Trainer & Field Support) will build deep technical capability across a nationwide vendor and technician network for cardio equipment, cycles and massage chairs. The role focuses on first‑visit resolution, designing training programmes, providing real‑time diagnostic support and reducing service delivery costs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions on new product launches, SOP updates and best service practices for vendors and technicians.
• Design and own the end‑to‑end training strategy, roadmap, content cadence and phased rollout.
• Organise refresher workshops, onboarding sessions for newly empanelled vendors and assess competency through evaluations.
• Provide real‑time video‑call support for complex installations and repairs, guiding technicians to achieve first‑time‑right outcomes.
• Validate spare part requirements, recommend additional troubleshooting steps and translate technical solutions into field‑friendly language.
• Coordinate with OEMs for complex issues, product validation and share field observations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical training, equipment servicing or field support.
• Frequent PAN‑India travel with vendor/center visits; based in Raipur.
• Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to track training coverage, certification and drive 100 % compliance.
