Ops Executive

About the role

The Ops Executive supports the Fulfilment & Logistics Operations Execution team by managing inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities across various facility types. This entry‑level position works under close supervision, following established standards while helping to resolve routine operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planning and day‑to‑day operations for inventory, warehouse and fulfilment tasks.
• Support activities in CFS, CY, inland depots, bonded warehouses and other Maersk‑owned or operated sites.
• Perform skilled technical, administrative and operational tasks to assist colleagues.
• Follow well‑defined processes and procedures, applying standards consistently.
• Identify and address minor problems within the scope of established guidelines.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with little or no prior experience in logistics operations.
• Works well under close supervision and follows detailed instructions.
• Capable of performing highly specific tasks with clear, routine procedures.
• Quick learner who can acquire new knowledge through short explanations.
