About the role

We are seeking a qualified Ophthalmologist to join our healthcare team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive eye care, diagnose ocular diseases, and deliver both medical and surgical treatments to improve patients' vision and eye health.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough eye examinations and assess visual function.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and perform refraction.
• Carry out laser procedures and oversee pre‑ and post‑procedure care.
• Perform ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract extraction and related interventions.
• Document clinical findings accurately and maintain patient records.
• Educate patients and families on eye health, preventive measures, and post‑treatment care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and support home‑based eye care consultations as needed.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) with a postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology (MS/MD/DNB) from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical registration/license to practice in India.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Jaipur and adapt to home‑care service models.
