Operator – Bottling Production

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Operator to run and monitor IMFL bottling lines, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality production in line with SOPs and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bottling equipment including filling, capping, labelling, coding and packing machines.
• Maintain smooth production with minimal downtime and waste.
• Execute line changeovers, start‑up and shutdown activities.
• Monitor product quality and report any abnormalities immediately.
• Maintain production records and machine logbooks.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, FSSAI, excise and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure housekeeping standards and implement 5S practices.

Required profile

• ITI, Diploma or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in IMFL, brewery, beverage or bottling industry.
• Strong knowledge of bottling processes and good documentation practices.
• Team‑player with effective communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and 5S methodology.
