About the role

The Operator – Ampoule & Vial Washing, Tunnel & Trucking Machine will work full‑time on‑site in Delhi, India, handling the cleaning and sterilisation of ampoules and vials as well as operating tunnel and trucking equipment. The role supports smooth manufacturing workflows by ensuring equipment runs according to SOPs and GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run and monitor ampoule and vial washing machines, ensuring proper cleaning and sterilisation.
• Operate tunnel and trucking machines, loading and unloading materials as required.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any deviations or malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to safety and GMP guidelines.
• Complete production documentation and coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Required profile

• Experience operating pharmaceutical production machinery, preferably ampoule/vial washing and tunnel equipment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and production schedules accurately.
• Attention to detail for monitoring equipment parameters and maintaining records.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
