Operations & Technical Delivery Lead

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational governance across West Region projects and sectors, ensuring consistent processes, standards, risk management, and delivery excellence.
• Provide oversight to Project Managers and technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from pursuit and contract award through design, delivery and close‑out.
• Drive financial and operational KPIs such as revenue, billing, profitability, utilization, project margins and cash flow.
• Partner with Sector Leaders to support pipeline development, client relationships and regional growth objectives.
• Optimize regional resources, support workforce planning, develop talent and strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure effective project governance, technical assurance, contractual compliance, quality, safety and proactive risk management.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience in engineering, design, project delivery or technical leadership within the AEC industry.
• Significant experience delivering data centers, mission‑critical, hyperscale or colocation facilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams on large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Required skills

• Design and delivery of data center and mission‑critical facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection, civil, structural and digital/BIM systems.
• Experience with EPC, design‑build and design‑bid‑build delivery models.
• Project lifecycle management and technical risk mitigation.
