Operations Staff – Logistics & Shipment Handling

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Staff member to manage the end‑to‑end handling of shipments. The role involves loading, delivering, and processing paperwork to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Load shipments route‑wise and maintain accurate tallies.
• Deliver shipments to customers, collect required paperwork, and record status codes for undelivered items.
• Hand over COD/FOD/DOD and undelivered shipments to the supervisor on the same day.
• Meet Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and Service Quality (SQ) targets.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations according to cut‑off times.
• Count shipments, obtain customer acknowledgment, and verify invoices.
• Collect airway bills and regulatory documents after checking package conditions.
• In‑scan shipments upon office arrival, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Experience in shipment handling or logistics operations.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail for paperwork and regulatory compliance.
• Capability to meet delivery timelines and quality targets.
