Operations Staff – Logistics Operations

About the role
The Operations Staff member supports day‑to‑day activities across Blue Dart’s Service Centres, Hubs, Processing Units (PUDs) and Warehouses. You will ensure efficient handling, processing and movement of shipments while adhering to safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
- Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
- Maintain compliance with operational procedures, safety guidelines and service commitments.
- Support inbound and outbound shift teams as required.
- Travel up to 25% to different locations as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
- Willingness to work shift patterns and occasional travel.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
