About the role

The Operations Staff member supports day‑to‑day activities within Blue Dart service centres, hubs, processing units and warehouses, ensuring shipments are received, processed and moved efficiently across the network.

Key responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify documentation.
Sort, scan, bag, tag and load/unload parcels.
Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, safety standards and service commitments.
Support inbound or outbound shift operations as required.

Required profile

Willingness to work shift schedules (inbound or outbound).
Physical stamina for handling parcels and operating in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Basic literacy and numeracy for documentation and data entry.

Required skills

Basic computer usage for data entry.
