About the role
The Operations Staff member ensures the smooth movement of shipments within an in‑house hub. This role involves managing daily activities, maintaining accurate sorting, and overseeing loading and unloading processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day activities to keep shipments flowing efficiently within the hub.
- Ensure accurate sorting of shipments based on destination and product type.
- Scan shipments and maintain proper documentation.
- Control the flow of goods at loading docks, including loading and unloading vehicles.
- Follow established handling guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Ability to follow established handling, safety, and quality guidelines.
- Physical capability to load and unload vehicles and handle goods.
- Attention to detail for accurate sorting and scanning of shipments.
