About the role

The Operations Staff member will support day‑to‑day activities across Blue Dart’s service centres, hubs, processing units and warehouses in Dublin. This frontline position ensures shipments are handled, processed and moved efficiently while upholding safety standards and service commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
• Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
• Maintain operational productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and service quality standards.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand through professional conduct and discipline.
