Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to design and maintain efficient operational systems that support our business needs. The successful candidate will thrive in a multitasking environment, collaborating across various business units to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure goals are communicated to the team, focusing on guest tracking and productivity.
• Create and nurture a property environment that promotes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
• Analyze employee and guest satisfaction results, develop action plans to address gaps and build on strengths.
• Publish guest satisfaction results promptly, including forms, comment cards, and letters.
• Provide excellent customer service by being readily available and approachable for all guests.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, and improve programs.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple business groups.
