Operations Lead (Warehouse & Fulfilment)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Lead to own and enhance our warehouse and fulfilment functions. You will be responsible for the complete operational flow—from inbound receipt to order dispatch—ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse activities including inbound, inventory, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch and logistics.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement practical process improvements.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards and SOPs to drive consistency.
• Plan warehouse capacity, manpower, inventory flow and resource allocation.
• Design warehouse layout to optimise workflow and space utilisation.
• Oversee logistics partners, vendors and procurement of operational equipment.
• Recruit, train and lead warehouse associates, fostering productivity and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Pharmacy, Customer Support and Technology teams to boost performance.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment, supply chain or e‑commerce operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in Operations, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑making.

Required skills

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as R and Python.
• Experience with process improvement, root‑cause analysis and operational excellence.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs and operational documentation.
