Operations Executive - Customs & Foreign Trade

About the role

The Operations Executive – Customs & Foreign Trade will lead and coordinate all aspects of Bosch’s international logistics, import/export documentation and customs compliance. This role ensures smooth supply‑chain flow while maintaining strong relationships with global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s international logistics operations, focusing on customs and foreign trade.
• Oversee preparation and submission of all import/export documentation and customs declarations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, suppliers and partners for customs clearances.
• Lead, coach and train the logistics team to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless flow of goods and information across the supply chain.
• Monitor trade data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including export controls and sanctions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of proven experience in foreign trade management.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of international trade and customs regulations, export controls and anti‑corruption laws.
• Experience managing international logistics, transportation and customs clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and trade management software.
