About the role

Attorney Tree is expanding its vehicle compliance and conversion operations across Kerala and seeks an Operations Associate to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution. The role is office‑based in Kochi with flexibility and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and operational workflows for vehicle compliance projects.
• Handle follow‑ups with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support compliance and process‑management activities.
• Assist in daily operational execution and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent in Malayalam and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
